2. THE RIGHTS
Review the actual license before paying for or releasing a record.
Confirm the allowed uses, delivered files, producer credits and any limits.
A demo preview, price or purchase label does not itself grant rights.

3. THE SESSION
Bring a short brief, useful references and your available project files.
Agree on time, collaboration setup, deliverables and ownership separately.
A submitted session request is not a confirmed booking.

4. THE MIX
Organize and label your stems and keep your own backups.
Provide a rough mix, reference tracks and specific notes.
Agree on scope, price, revisions and delivery before paid work begins.

5. THE RELEASE
Check the final audio, artist names, producer names and contributor credits.
Keep agreements, approved artwork and delivery files together.
Verify that everyone with a required approval has approved the release.
