Share your time zone and availability. Ask how you will join and share audio. Check headphones, microphone and the agreed connection before the session; a video call alone does not establish the intended music workflow.
Use the setup confirmed for this session rather than installing unfamiliar tools from a generic list. Ask what happens if technical problems interrupt the work.
Separate time from deliverables.
